GRILLED PINEAPPLE

Serves three to four

  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • Procedure

    Remove skin of pineapple. Slice your pineapple so it can easily be skewered. Rings are not optimal for skewers, you will want to slice your pineapple into long pieces or cubes.

    Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. Toss pineapple in the sugar mixture. Skewer pineapple and grill on your barbeque for approximately 2 minutes per side. Do not overcook.
